Show #141 Release date: 24. September, 2009 Here is a little something for you while I've been getting my production studio all updated and sorted out. Occasional surrogate DJ/host/presenter Scott Middlebrook from Melbourne, Australia has come to the rescue once again in time of need. Hes put together a neat floydcast of songs performed live before they were committed to tape. Well done Scott! Thanks again for your infinite patience and all the kind words. I'm almost done getting everything back to normal. I pretty much had to rebuild and update the production studio from the ground up... anyway in the meantime and as always... please enjoy! 01. - Doc:
First let me tell you how much I enjoy your podcast.. lots!
I have a podcast of my own up now, it is an idea that I have kicked around for a while but after listening to your podcast I finally knew how I wanted to do it. I think it is different enough from your podcast that you will not consider me any sort of competition, and hopefully you, I and some other podcasters can work collaboratively in promoting our podcasts. It is not my intent to step on toes, feel free to delete this post if you consider it "spamming"
Have a listen at:

and drop me a line at wiseguyusa@yahoo.com - Thanks, Scott. It was...interesting...to hear what these songs sounded like way back when. I'm not sure I would have continued to listen to them if this was the first time I ever heard them. It was almost like some other band trying to imitate Pink Floyd.
Here's thinking of you, Doc. Hope things are progressing well.
Regards to all. - I hate that you are still having a set-back. You are providing us with an awesome service, and in my mind that makes you an even cooler person. I don't like it when cool people have to deal with bad stuff. However, with the down time because of the HD issue and all of the sorting that you are doing, I have really dug in deep to the older podcasts and have found some real "GEMS" that I must have over looked before. As usual you rock! Thanks for all that you do. Now let's dig into this one and..........
