  • If anyones interested, theres some great bootleg footage of this concert floating around. Its about 20 mins long, and is pretty much short clips of various tracks.Breathe,Money,Eclipse and One of these days are shown. The best bit is an almost-complete Carefull with that axe, during which theres an amazing firework display, including catherine wheels in front of the stage!Course, its filmed from the audience,so its a bit old and shakey, but well worth a watch!Dvds called:Pink floyd 8mm.(It also includes some great 77 tour footage as well!)

  • Hi Steve,
I hope you get this because my host is not informing me when i get comments (its preventing me from seeing a return email) thus I cannot reply accordingly. So i have to reply here. I have the track from the date/venue so you don\\\'t have to worry about that. Just send me the voice part and I can edit it in with the song. Thanks, looking forward to it.

  • For my money, this is the most interesting time in Pink Floyd's career. I wonder if they had an idea how huge they were about to become. Gilmour's vocals in this performance add another dimension to the music.

  • Thanks again doc for a really cool podcast. They make my commuting to work a trip! One of my favourite floyd songs is Green is the colour, and in concert they used to merge this great piece into CWTAE. Do you know when they dropped it and why?

  • Man, what a show! Thanks Doc. One thing I really noticed in this podcast was Roger's bass playing. Man he is underated as a bass player.
