Hey brain damaged listener! I want to let you know that the next podcast will be posted on or around the 11th or 12th of July. There are a few reasons for this... 1. I have no hearing in my left ear. It sucks big time. I had a terrible head cold last week and it decided to settle in my left ear. Since I cannot properly hear, I'm unable to properly doctor up the next podcast. I've sought medical advice and I'm told it will clear up within another week. I hope. If not, then I'll have to make a visit to Massachusetts General Hospital's Ear, Nose and Throat Infirmary. FUN! 2. I'd normally just post a new podcast the following week but that lands on the 4th of July. I've made plans to spend time with family and friends for the holiday. 3. My computer (a.k.a. the production studio) needs to be seriously reformatted so I can continue to bring you these bundles of Pink Floyd goodness. So there you have it... Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. As always, your support means the world to me. Hopefully I'll have everything all set by then. Cheers n' Beers!! - @The Master... hahah, obviously you are a young one. During the 50's, 60's and 70's. television stations used that when they had technical difficulties. It was primarily used to test their broadcasting signal. Its called a test pattern and it would normally accompany a 1kh test tone.
- Doc, I gotta tell ya...the oldies crowd at the Tuesday night Oakland Beach old car cruise is soooooo "pink what?" but the 4th of July O.B. parking lot party for the fireworks is gonna be so buzzed while diggin' on the podcast of my choice! Hey, it's my party and I'll fly if I want to! What a combination!
If you're losing your patience with the ear, try a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, then wait 'til the fizzin' stops, then clean it out with a Q-tip. Works for me.
Happy $th...don't forget to bring a fifth! - doc, health (as the most important of all your points) goes before aynthing else. take good care of your hearing, it's precious, first and foremost to yourself, get well soon!! you got all our support!
cheers man! (literally, I am taking a sip of a loal brew and lit the last cigarette of the day)
